Hooked! is a 4-year old restaurant with specialty in ocean-fresh Cosmopolitan fish and seafood dishes. The Spanish Seafood Paella ($33.90 for 2 or $17.90 for 1) is cooked with an abundance of succulent prawns, mussels & squids with a savoury layer of rich crispy toasted rice at the bottom of the pan which is a hallmark of authentic paella dish. Similarly, the Ultimate Fresh King Salmon with Sauteed Baby Spinach and Potato Cake ($22.95) is cooked sous-vide style to achieve the ultimate full-bodied flavour and the smooth tender texture of the salmon. Served with our house special sauce, sauteed baby spinach and potato cake and garnished with salmon fish roe.

The Roasted Cod in Lemongrass Miso ($22.95) presents a generous portion of cod steak roasted till the full aroma of the lemongrass miso comes through paired with slices of steamed eggplant and mashed potatoes. A menu filled with fresh fish, another dish is the Steamed Red Snapper in White Wine Lemongrass n Garlic Fish Broth ($17.50).
