Classes are conducted 3 to 4 times per week. Class schedule is as follows:
- 9am to 10.30am
- 11.30am to 1pm
- 5.30pm to 7pm
- 8pm to 9.30pm
Minimum 6 pax required for a class to commence, maximum 12 to 15 pax. Basic pads will be provided. Top up $15 required for handwraps. Groin guards are recommended. All 4 sessions have to be completed within 6 weeks of the first session.
