Michelangelo's is a casually elegant eatery serving up innovative Italian cuisine within a chic and modern space. The menu reflects the salty sea air of Venice, with refined pasta dishes, seafood and main entrees. Whet your appetite with Beef Carpaccio ($22), a palatable dish of sliced tenderloin of beef sprinkled with truffle oil, arugula, salt and cracked black pepper topped with Parmesan shavings.

Feel like a true blue Italian with any one of their main dishes such as the Tortellini Gorgonzolo ($26), a home made spinach and ricotta filled tortellini pasta tossed with forest mushrooms draped in a light Italian Gorgonzola rose cream sauce served on a bed of spinach.

Get your reservations early to feast on their signature dish, the Quarantaotto ($40), an exquisite composition of U.S.D.A. boneless beef short ribs braised for a minimum of 48 hours served in a sherry broth sided with delicately whipped potatoes scented with white truffle oil.
