Warm up with the signature Fu Lin Men Nutritious Boiled Soup ($9.80) served in a glazed ceramic pot, and open the palate with appetizers such as the Shredded Duck Meat Crepe ($8) and Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg Yolk ($12 for serving of two crabs).

Much credit must be given to the sheer variety of menu offerings at Fu Lin Men.
