Under the tutelage of native Russian professors, learn how to roll your tongue over the long “Y”s and roiling “R”s of the language of romantic espionage and James Bond plots. No prior knowledge of Russian is required, and students will start with greetings, polite words and the alphabet - enough to impress at the next vodka-drinking contest. Basic grammar will be taught, but emphasis will be placed on conversational skills which will be taught via original materials, sound bites, English translations and flash cards. What better way to enliven the mind, loosen the tongue, and expose yourself to a completely different culture than by learning its language?
