• Soften by soaking in warm water for 3-5 minutes
• Gently squeeze out excess water
• Wet skin
• Massage face/body with the sponge in circular motion, either with or without cleansing soap or foam cleanser
• After use, rinse the sponge and dry it in a cool place

  - For optimum performance, replace the sponge every 2-3 months
  - Put the used sponge in boiling water for up to 3 minutes to sterilise
