The AX350 is marginally smaller than the A825, and the screen size is exactly the same. The zoom on the A825 is 4X, and the AX 5X, so I have gained there. Obviously the AX350 is packed with features that the 825 simply does not have - another reason that I upgraded (although there is absolutely nothing wrong with my old camera, I wanted something similar with improved features!).
