Browsing through the restaurant’s menu alone conjures up images of the exotic culture. Signature dishes such as the Lamb Kakori Malai Kebab ($24), Baghara Stuffed Eggplant ($20) and Corn Tak-a-Tak ($12) serves to feed one’s culinary adventures. The focal point of the cuisine comprises essentially of Mughlai, Lucknowi, Hyderabadi and Nizam styles of cooking. Age-old methods such as slow fire cooking, charcoal clay ovens, hot plates and grills lend their heat to carefully-spiced meats and vegetables, creating wonderful treats for the taste buds.
