Begin with a Maguro Yukke (Fresh Tuna with spicy sauce, $10) for an appetizer, or get a Maguro Tataki Sarada (Seared Tuna Salad, $10). Dig into ala carte hot favourites like the Wafu Hito Kuchi Steak (Japanese Bite-sized beef, $18), Hotate Mentai Chiizu (Scallops with cheese and cod roe sauce, $13), or Kama Shio (Grilled yellowtail fish cheek, $10).
