"The highlight of the food tasting was the wholesome Organic Brown Rice Meal with three side dishes of blanched vegetables. I had the good fortune of being served enochi mushrooms as one of the side dishes. The blandness of the brown rice brought out the delicious fragrance of the mushrooms. "Like the Fruity Nori Sushi with the right combination of fruit, veggies and nori sheet plus natural flavouring, it is just FABULOUS! This was recommended to me by a friend. I was given the option - Avocado or Passion fruit for my Fruity Nori Sushi. I picked Passion Fruit, a little tangy and sweet, paired real well with different type of root vegetable shreds.
