Gourmet Port Mediterranean serves authentic Mediterranean food with influences from Middle Eastern, Greek, Italian, French, Moroccan, Spanish and Turkish cuisines. The delicious combination of similar yet distinct flavours within the same region has allowed the experienced chef to concoct dishes with a unique Mediterranean flavour. A familiar starter dish would be the healthy and protein-laden Hummus ($5), a popular Middle Eastern dip served with fresh toasted pita bread. Taste the freshness of seafood with the Moroccan Prawns with Tomato and Almond Couscous ($16.50), generously marinated with Moroccan spices and topped with lemon wedges. Clear the palatte with the freshness of the Kakavia ($8.50), a classic Greek dish known as the Greek Fisherman's Soup. A Poulet Diana ($14.50) is chicken breast sauteed with onions and mushrooms, then braised in herbs, spices and a chicken broth mixture.
