"This is set up as a classic Chinese eating place, although it is no where near as crowded as Bi Feng Tang restaurant chain in Shanghai. Wait staff are mainly from PRC and if you look like you can speak Chinese you are greeted with "Huanying" in clear northern Chinese Mandarin.  The lunchtime Peking duck is good.  It is served just on pancakes as a single meal. The  braised pig trotter is excellent and a meal in itself when served with a side order of rice. The restaurant specializes in northern Chinese cooking with plenty of noodles and steamed dishes.
