“From the minute you walk into the hotel, the service is impeccable - from the quick check-in to the staff at the breakfast, the hotel is first class on hospitality. The concierge gentlemen when delivering my suitcase to my room provided me with an overview of all the amenities in my room and hotel, and upon discovering that the FREE mini-bar was half-empty, promptly made arrangements to top it up. It's centrally located in Orchard Road and easy to access tours/buses for sightseeing. “Great hotel with even greater service! Gave a very welcoming impression notwithstanding the fact that we arrived during the wee hours of the morning. The club suite has an expresso machine which is definitely a plus, a superb bed, a flatscreen television with cable, and a free mini bar that is replenished everyday. Checkout was very smooth - no frills. The staff are very considerate towards my parents who are both senior citizens.
