Chef Eddy Yam will direct your menu and ensure that his years of experience in various hotels and restaurants are put to good use on your plate.

Choose from any catering package and menu on offer with your voucher and ensure that your function is a complete success. The Asian Local Buffet (menu A, $15 for a minimum of 30 pax) offers Main Course items like Glazed Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Oriental Shrimp Rolls with Dip, while the International Buffet (menu C, $25 for a minimum of 30 pax) will tickle your appetite with Breaded Crab Claw with Curry Mayonnaise, and Traditional Sayur Lodeh Lemak.
