Firstly I really got very thick and heavy hair. Initially I had wanted to cut a lot of layers so that my hair will be thin, but Caleb suggested to me that I should not thin out too much because it will grow out of shape very fast. But I really wanted my hair to be light, then he said he will give me something suitable, not too thin first, then if i wan it to be thinner, he will then thin out some more. And he doesn't use thinning scissors, rather he gave me steps. He bothers to listen and don't insist on what he suggest. Now it's been about a month after the haircut and it is still in shape. His service is also very good."
