Shin Yeh opened in 2008 as a joint venture between Taiwan-based Shin Yeh and TungLok Group to offer once-forgotten home-cooked Taiwanese dishes prepared in a unique style. The culinary sages prepare a bevy of scrumptious dishes amid modern décor.
