Retrait Apart from being an utterly gorgeous hotel it's the staff that made this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. They are friendly, helpful and fun and literally seem to want to move heaven and earth to help you and make you happy. Kai is the man on the desk to go to if need any help getting into the hotspots in town. Got us a last minute reservation at Vertigo restaurant. Top table too! They let us check in 6 hours early and 6 hours late as well. Just perfect. We'll be back!!"
