The fixed buffet menu includes the decadent Live Lobster Porridge which uses the sweet meat of half a lobster to enhance the taste of the porridge. The spicy Chili Sri Lanka Crab is an excellent complement to the sweetness of the porridge as it adds a zingy zest to the taste buds. Enjoy the succulence of fresh fish when you order the Steamed Slice LIVE Red Garoupa with Black Sauce and let the savoury taste of the dish envelops the mouth.
