These palatable dishes, presented in vibrant colours, are from Head Chef Santaro's very own culinary creations. Try their range of fresh sushi, sashimi, or their specialties such as fish head and radish ($22), Eggplant with seafood ($20) or Beancurd with Beef ($25).  Enhance your dining experience with excellent Japanese alcohols such as sake, beer or shochu.
