Diners waiting for their pizzas can witness their orders being transformed from its doughy beginnings up to its ready-to-eat self, fresh out of the signature wood-fire oven.

With the option to have two toppings on each pizza, we happily indulged in the vegetarian combination of four cheeses and wild mushrooms, and another porky combination of proscuitto crudo and saucisson with bell peppers.
