The Deal

In response to the fervent cries of die-hard consumers of Japanese fare, Chef Yukihiko Sakamoto, originally of Japan's most highly ranked ramen Menya Itto fame, has teamed up with Daikokuya Ramen Dining and Ebisboshi Shotengai to offer up the exquisitely created Itto Special Ramen. Selected strands of noodles are cooked to a perfectly bouncy and chewy texture, before being submersed in a tantalising recipe of prawn broth seasoned with full flavour home-made special kaeshi sauce, fish essence, seaweed and sea salt and topped with a generous serving of stewed pork and chicken cha shu slices. Listen out for satisfied slurps and lip-smacking sounds from fellow diners as you tuck into a freshly prepared bowl of Itto Special Ramen.
