The namesake of the restaurant, executive chef and founder Kelvin Yam, leads the kitchen specialising in Chinese seafood cuisine armed with 20 years of on-the-job experience. Head chef Hoo Chee Wei is Chef Yam’s right hand man, who proved himself by winning the 7th World Championship Chinese Cuisine 2012 with his signature Gold Medal OTAR Beancurd dish.
